The King and Queen of Spain hosted a lunch at the Royal Palace of Madrid in honour of the President of the Republic of Angola, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço and the First Lady, Ana Afonso Dias Lourenço, on the occasion of their Official Visit to Spain.

The visit aims to deepen and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

Before lunch, King Felipe VI stressed that "Angola's commitment to greater economic diversification will undoubtedly favour the development of the national economy and, with it, the greater provision of goods and services for the needs of the entire population. Angola has the confidence of Spain and the International Community in its determination to promote the greater well-being of its citizens".

The bubblegum pink colour of this dress really uplifts what might be a rather conservative style. It's so bright and vivid making Letizia stand out from the crowd. I love it!

The bright fuschia Moises Nieto is perfect for a rich palace setting and an excellent stand-out choice for meeting with other heads of state, and for the inevitable formal photographs. It's a lovely fit-and-flare which flows well so the mid-length doesn't seem heavy. The bracelet sleeves are charming and feminine,

I think the Magrit snakeskin pumps are a great contrast and much better than pale nudes last time. The diamond teardrop earrings are fabulous and great for daytime formalwear.

Its lovely to see a repeat of this fabulous, bright vivacious fuchsia dress. It fits perfectly. I do prefer the Magrit snakeskin pumps, an excellent contrast against the Fuchsia colour.
