On Friday, the King and Queen of Spain welcomed the board of the Princess of Asturias Foundation El to Pardo Palace for the annual meeting.
The Foundation offers a series of prizes (previously called the Prince of Asturias awards) to individuals, entities or companies from around the world who make notable achievements in the sciences, humanities, and public affairs.
Her Majesty opted for an elegant vintage style, wearing her silk cornflower blue Felipe Varela full-circle skirt.
Many of you will recognize the 1950's inspired skirt from the visit to Belgium in November 2014. Letizia later wore the exact same outfit at the pre-ceremony lunch for Cervantes Prize winner in April 2015.
Today she refreshed the look for summer with a white cap sleeve blouse featuring a pleated neckline.
The silk top is by Carolina Herrera which was identified from this listing on chicfy.com:
We believe Queen Letizia first wore the blouse at last year's Students Residence meeting.
Letizia harmonized the ensemble with her cornflower blue platform suede pumps from Magrit and TOUS blue stone and mother of pearl dangle earrings.

Anne Taylor also have a very similar top for the look for less. It's only available in black online, but the white is still in stores.
