The event was attended by the families of 102 workers in the health sector who died during the pandemic, from all over the country. Four families of healthcare workers who died during the pandemic received the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit on behalf of all honoured health workers. Symbolising hope, the first vaccinated people in Spain from several autonomous communities with an age range between 78-96 years also attended.

This look is a classic It is obvious that Queen Letizia is about the work now more than the fashion. She has established her style and she goes with it. This dress is beautiful on her

Always an appropriate dress. I like the starburst effect on the bodice and the simplicity of the style. Letizia repeatedly wears black with this dress and I always hope for navy, to highlight the blue more.

This is a simple and subtle, but stylish dress and very appropriate for this event. A contrasting colour for shoes and bag would mix this up a bit.

I'm afraid I'm falling behind here as I find it difficult to find anything new to say about this Bottega Veneta dress. It's perfectly lovely, especially when zooming in on the detail, but the colour is subdued along with the style. In the case of a serious ceremony like this one, that makes it a perfect pick.Black accessories are appropriate for a memorial occasion, but I regret that no other contrast has been tried on earlier occasions. A safe, reliable choice for a sombre moment.
