The Queen of Spain held a working meeting with the Mutua Madrileña Foundation at their headquarters in Madrid.

The Foundation is a private entity that has been working since 2003 to improve people's lives in four areas of action: support for research in health, social action, cultural dissemination and road safety.

The main initiatives presented during the meeting included the fight against gender violence and support for victims, along with, the program for the integration of women victims in the staff of Mutua Madrileña. In addition, training activities were covered, especially the Young Professionals Program II, linked to Professional Training.

A lovely sharp outfit from Letizia with this versatile Uterque edge-to-edge. It looks great with the white straight-legs and she has managed to vary the necklines on her layering black top. The gold chain on the smart white Furla shoulder bag chimes well with the Uterque stripes, and the purple Uterque courts are a lovely extra colour highlight from the jacket. Feminine while spot-on business look.

I've never been a fan of this jacket. The colours in the stripes don't especially compliment each other. It is boxy looking and has so little tailoring. The shoulder seam is too low, there are no darts anywhere. Look at the photo of the model's back and you can see how wide the jacket looks. The only thing I can say in its favour is that the stripes line up very well. If this jacket has to be worn, it looked better with black, rather than white pants.

I'm so happy to see Queen Letizia mixing it up and pairing this bold jacket with white trousers and burgundy accents. Those trousers fit her like a glove. I wish we knew the brand because I would love a pair!

I really like this jacket. It looks like a comfortable piece and I especially like the styling with the burgundy pumps.

I think Letizia looks sharp in this outfit, though I would have preferred cream colored pants to match the jacket better. I think I would prefer a black purse or cream to match the cream pants.

The white straight leg trousers are a refreshing change to the black trousers of recent times. The fit is excellent, love the length. I like this jacket better with the white as opposed to the black trousers.
What I really loved was the Uterqüe burgundy pumps, great splash of colour, blending in perfectly with the colour of the Burgundy crewneck knit top and highlighting the same of the jacket. White Furla bag offsets this perfectly.

This jacket was always worn with black in the past. I think I wondered how it would look with white and I think it looks great. I love the sharp, unique pattern that is very eye catching. The burgundy pumps are a creative and fresh choice. It must be a favorite of Letizia's considering how many times she has worn it.

This ensemble is nicely put together, with the colours echoing the statement Uterqüe piece. Sadly, I've never been a fan of this jacket, there is no fit, and the fabric has a waterproof-like quality, I wonder if it's a sustainable piece or if the fabric is coated in something... The trousers are the highlight of the outfit, they fit beautifully and I adore the cropped length - it looks like they may have been shortened since 2019. I am delighted to see a handbag! I feel that clutches are generally best suited for very formal day wear and evening wear.
