Queen Letizia stepped out in the Sandro Paris All-Over Print Long Silk Dress which she debuted last month at Santander's XI Social Projects Awards.
She again teamed the patterned dress with her custum blue Magrit 'Hawa' clutch and coordinating pumps.
Today Letizia opted for a navy skinny belt today instead of the white Felipe Varela belt she wore on the first occasion she wore the frock.
It appears she wore the gold-plated hoops from her Coolook 'Rain' collection earrings.
And of course there was the Karen Hallam gold-plated sterling silver signature ring.
The Spanish royal family presided over the Order of Civil Merit decoration ceremony on Wednesday at the Royal Palace in Madrid.
The Order of Civil Merit was established by King Alfonso XIII of Spain in 1926 and it recognizes the civic virtue of officers in the service of the Nation, as well as extraordinary service by Spanish and foreign citizens for the benefit of Spain.
The ceremony took place on the fifth anniversary of King Felipe VI's reign, and today he bestowed the Order of Civil Merit on 41 Spanish citizens.
Queen Letizia joined her husband in congratulating the recipients, as did their two daughters, Leonor, Princess of Asturias and Infanta Sofía.
Her Majesty beamed in a baby blue cap-sleeve dress for the occasion.
Featuring an inset tab waist with jeweled buttons, the a-line number hits below the knee. Unfortunately the designer/brand of the dress is unknown.
The was a sparkling surprise today. In addition to her familiar Bvlgari aquamarine teardrop earrings and Karen Hallam signature ring, Queen Letizia debuted a diamond and sapphire bracelet.
It's origin is unknown but I'm intrigued by Sara's suggestion from the Spanish blog Letizia De Princes A Reina. She suggests it could be a matching piece for the diamond and sapphire epaulette earrings Letizia wore on Day 2 of the UK State Visit in 2017.
She also premiered a sky blue Mascaró 'Ceremony' clutch bag as confirmed by the brand on Instagram.

The King and Queen of Spain were back in the United Kingdom today for a special honour.
They were joined by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands at Windsor Castle, where the two kings were formally invested into the Order of the Garter by Queen Elizabeth II.
The Order of the Garter is the most senior and the oldest British Order of Chivalry. The Queen made King Felipe a Supernumerary Knight in July 2017 when he and Queen Letizia were in the UK for a state visit. She conferred the same honour on King Willem-Alexander in 2018.
Ahead of the Garter Day service, Queen Letizia joined The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duchess of Cambridge, The Countess of Wessex, and The Queen of the Netherlands to watch the grand procession of the knights to St George’s Chapel.
Following the service, the Spanish monarchs were accompanied by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in a carriage.
Queen Letizia was outfitted by Spanish brand Cherubina for this regal occasion.

Letizia had worn it once before in 2007. Thanks to Mary Rose for sharing this tidbit on my Facebook account.

There was also a glimpse of her gold plated Karen Hallam signature ring.

The midi-length skirt is crafted in Portuguese bonded micro fabric (100% polyester) and features a fabric belt with a covered buckle and metal eyelets at the high waist. Flattering dividing seams and a front slit at the right knee finishes the design.
Queen Letizia complemented the separates with her blue custom Magrit 'Hawa' clutch, and reptile leather pumps.
Her Bvlgari diamond and aquamarine white gold hoop earrings where a lovely addition to the all-blue ensemble.
